Exploration Vans specializes in AWD Mercedes-Benz Sprinters. In addition we also now offer expedition truck builds on Chevy, Ram, and Ford medium duty chassis.

We do not currently offer vehicles for sale. We do, however, partner with multiple local dealerships to ensure clients receive the best suited vehicle for their intended application in time for their production slot.

Our conversions cost anywhere from $100,000 to $300,000 depending on options and level of customization. The average project cost ifor vans seen in our portfolio are $180,000-$220,000.

A non-refundable but transferable deposit is required to secure the next available slot on Exploration Vans’s build calendar. ​

Conversions can take anywhere from 3-9 months depending on the complexity of the project. Quality is our highest goal- while we will never belabor your project, we never rush or employ shortcuts.

Due to our commitment to using only the highest quality components available, we will only install components purchased by Exploration Vans directly through one of our industry partners.

Currently we do not offer financing and all outstanding balances must be paid at project completion.
